[SOLVED] MSI Driver & Softwear Setup Frozen

I finally finished my first build, booted windows from an SSD but I'm trying to download everything from the disc they sent (i.e. audio drivers, LAN Drivers, Utilities, and extra software) I tried resetting and launching it a few times but it gets stuck and just won't finish downloading anything. I tried booting from the disc, still nothing. I don't know how to fix this or much of what I'm doing.

AMD MSI Tomahawk AM4
ASUS GeForce GTX 1060
2x Corsair Vengeance 8gb DDR4

It sounds like the Windows that was on the SSD was from another system and is not compatible with the new one.
You may have to do a full re-installation, sorry.
