msi b350 gaming plus, took it to a it technician to get it fixed, he fixed it by soldering on a new bios chip and said that it works perfectly now, i got it home and it wont work, tried the basic fixes, my power supply is a cooler master mwe v1 bronze, cpu is the 5600g and its supported by the latest beta bios as said on the msi website. it guy said he updated it to the latest bios and it should work fine with the cpu. i get the cpu debug light and the gpu fans aren't spinning. mouse and keyboard also don't light up.
