MSI Fast Boot Bypass?

I have an MSI 970a-G46 motherboard with an FX-6300, 8GB DDR3, and an R9 270x. It's been serving me pretty well so far, but last night I tried to replace my awful SATA II HDD, for an Intel 520 SSD, and nothing seems to be working right anymore. I had enabled "Fast Boot" in the BIOS prior to all of this and I think that may have something to do with why I can't access the BIOS at all. Usually, if you press "delete" it boots into the BIOS, but for whatever strange reason, NONE of the USB ports are powered at all, even the front panel USB's. Is this related to MSI's Fast Boot? I'm trying to boot from a USB thumb drive that I converted to a bootable Windows 7 USB stick, but I can't get that to work either, even after unplugging all other SATA devices "ODD, SSD". I can't change the damn boot priority because I can't get into the BIOS, probably because of "Fast Mode" My question, then, is this. Is there a way to update the BIOS without going into Windows, (like from a USB drive), or is there a way to bypass Fast Mode so I can get into the BIOS.
Thanks in advance.

Hi, you don't need to clear CMOS.

All you need to do is installing "MSI Fast Boot" app from msi's website. With this app you can toggle on or off MSI Fast boot in windows which will let you go to bios with delete button again.
