So i made the mistake of buying a crappy MSI 970A-G43 board. it SUCKS I was getting some overheating issues on stock clocks on the board. some blue screens at it too while gaming. Im afraid my fx6350 and stuff will blow out too one day. I had the board now for about 1 year and the warranty covers 3 years am i allowed to send the board back to MSI for a full cash refund? (probably use the money and get a better gigabyte or asus board)

No they will only repair or replace the item. If you are sure all these issues have been caused by the board, I think you should be talking to their service/support people. If you bought it from Amazon or Newegg you might get a return for credit.

Not MAJOR problems, but problems that are well enough to make me mad. and possibly break my whole computer later on. I got the motherboard a Newegg of black friday last year.

All your questions have been answered. Sell the board on EBay and buy what you want. As an aside, you seem way to serious about this. After all you picked this board out and bought it. If you made a poor choice no need to jump on others who have taken the time to try to help you out with information. My opinion is this post needs to be closed. GL to U.

option 3, add watercooling and or bolt a 20 inch 3-speed fan to the side of the pc case(i added both) with hepa filtering on the intake side and blowing into the case. cpu, ram and vid card are like 2-5 c difference from case temp

If there is a thermal issue and you need to improve an area of the MB's air flow this is a great solution (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835209044). You can clip it on and aim it where you need the air. It is quiet and does the job. Hope it is a help.
