MSI G46 Beeps Several Times At POST

Hi. I just purchased an MSI G46 motherboard and the following equipment:
AMD FX 8350, LiteOn DVD-CD burner/reader, 16gb of 1600mhz DDR3 RAM and am using a GTX 460 as my card. When I start my computer, I get a series of short beeps and then they stop. Everything runs, but there is no monitor out. I then tried pulling components (except the CPU) out one at a time, then would turn the computer on to see if I got a clean POST. Every time, the same thing. My CPU is running what seems to be hot, but I am not familiar with 125w CPUs. Its fan adjusts and works fine, so I am not sure what could be wrong. When I pulled all of the components besides the CPU, I got a continuous beeping that would occur in short bursts. Can I get some help?

Solution
Then it looks like a monitor or cable issue.
I suggest using the old monitor until making all working.
Now power off, insert the second RAM module and see if POST-ing.

Done. 4 short ones, followed by silence, then 4 more. This is without ram.

Ok. Just inserted one 4GB module into the DIMM 2 slot like the manual said. I have not gotten a beep yet.

My RAM is Team Elite if that is any help. The egg had them rated pretty high so I gave it a shot seeing as i was on a budget of $430.

I just found that one of the two cables had come undone in the cable passthrough on my case. Now I have one RAM stick in on DIMM 2, my gpu is connected and so is my mouse monitor and keyboard. There has been no beeps but my CPU heatsink is pretty hot.
