MSI gaming app clock speeds

I have been using the MSI gaming app and when i pressed the gaming mode button it would change its mhz, then one day it changed and it always stays at 300 mhz even when I change its modes, it changes when I go in some games but not all, im guessing there is maybe a button to unlock this feature maybe? the version im using is 6.0.0.17. I downloaded it from the MSI app. I really miss this any its annoying me because ive been getting lower frames in games that aren't really known.

Tried uninstall and reinstall to check if problem persists.
And if you install MSI USB speed up utility, uninstall it and update the app to the latest version:1.0.0.08
