I've been looking to add a GPU to my computer since it's still running on intel integrated graphics.

I have an OEM dell inspiron running on a 0XR1GT mobo with i5 3330 @ 3.0 GHz cpu and 8 gb ram. I don't exactly know what PSU I have but I haven't changed any hardware so I'm assuming Dell has a default 300w PSU in the system.

Would a msi geforce 1050 ti be compatible with this setup?

Solution
The board has a x16 PCIE slot so the card will fit fine running at optimal performance.

In regards to the power, Outervision calculator gives you an overall wattage of around 350W (this included me filling in some gaps on your behalf). To play it safe and to have room for a little upgrade, I would recommend a 400W PSU which can be obtained fairly cheap these days. As a whole though, the set up will be compatible.

hope this helps

Yes it does, thank you so much. I just wanted to know if it would have any hardware/software complications with the mobo. I will definitely consider making a small upgrade to the PSU, small price to pay to be able to play games in high quality.
