Question MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Ti GAMING X is running at 60 degrees idle, 85 degrees in game! (Fans loud as jet engine)

When I first bought the graphics card, it was working at maximum 70-75 degrees at load, which is normal values, as well as silent. Now, while under load, the temperature hits 85-86 degrees and automatically increases the fan speed to 88% or 100%. I didn't understand what happened suddenly. I formatted the computer, installed the latest drivers, but the problem is still exist. This is the first time I have such a problem, I bought the Gaming X to have a quiet and good cooling, but right now it's the opposite. What would you suggest I do? It is not normal for the card to work at this temperature and loud as jet engine.

Two suspects here:
1.Maybe some dust buildup over time near the fan/exhaust vents of the GPU. Can of compressed air can help to clear out the dust particles.
2.Have you installed any M.2/NVM SSD. Often the SSD gets hot and the GPU can be hotter than usual post installation of these new SSDs, as they are placed quite close the GPU.

1. My built is 1 year old. I cleaned the inside yesterday but there was already not much dust inside because case has dust filter both side.

Here's my rig specs:
CPU:
Intel® Core™ i7-8700 Processor (12M Cache, 4,20 GHz)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-L9x65 65 mm Premium Low-Profile

2. Yes, I have m.2 SSD (Intel 660P 1TB 1800MB-1800MB/s NVMe M.2 QLC). There is a PCIe riser inside the case, so the graphics card stands upright. Do you think this problem is caused by m.2 SSD?

Yes the SSD can be a suspect. These easily get hot and hence push up the ambient temperatures a bit. Since this is a newer tech, efforts are been made to curb the temperatures.
But IMO 86 ish is fine for 1660s and not much to worry about. You can continue using it without worries and consider a fresh coat of thermal paste on the GPU if the temperatures unexpectedly climb any further.

I tried all the solutions I could think of but could not come to a conclusion. I can remove the m.2 SSD and retest the temperature values. If only it were 86 degrees. The fan speed is 100%, so its noise is unbearable.
