my old Graphic card 780 ti failed and looking to get a replacement

Would anyone be able to help me know if this would run without issue on my system?

1080p? It would run perfectly without problem.
Your PSU is also above requirement and its not a bad tier of PSU also.

Yep its compatible, gtx 970 is the best bang for the buck card, the only con is that it doesn't have 4gb of fast vram it has 3.5gb fast vram, and 0.5gb 7 times slower vram. but it will handle all games at 1080p and some in 1440p
