Question MSI grenade a68hm defect

I think my motherboard is broken, my pc doesnt start and if i hit the button the lights of the motherboard (screws) go on for a second. I tested the psu already and that one is working fine. also replaced the bios battery and tried to start it without not important components. Searched on the internet and didnt saw a option to check. i want to know what is wrong with it. its my daily game pc so cant game for now :/

I think that isnt needed anymore, i found out that if i put the 4 pin in the motherboard the pc doesnt start up. if i take it out it starts but extern stuff like my monitor isnt working. so could my Psu been wrong ?
its a upgraded pc but i know how to work with computers so thats not the problem

cpu: amd 860k
