Hello, I deeply apologize knowing there are other threads regarding this graphics card and video display issues, but they didn't necessarily match my predicament which I've yet to encounter on multiple forums. They were generally issues involving an upgrade, whereas this is the first build I've done.
Essentially the problem is quite simple, I've built everything according to their individual instruction guides (even letting the kind gents on Newegg TV show me some ropes) and it all seems fine and dandy, no signs that something is broken, no beeps or error codes as far as I can perceive. However, the graphics card, which while the computer is on runs normal, fans spin continuously as if the card is not simply on but performing, gives no video display whatsoever. I have it connected to my TV via HDMI and it reads "No Signal". The issue at hand is since this is a new build I have no method of accessing the BIOS to see what's going on because that would require a visual display. TL;DR - Graphic card doesn't show video so I can't access BIOS
I'm more than willing to give as detailed information regarding the individual parts as need be and any advice or help would be greatly accepted, as due to being new to this I have little idea of what could be going on. I'm hoping this turns out to be simple but you never know.

Since you're using a TV (as opposed to using a dedicated PC monitor), you may have to select the correct input source using the TV's on-screen menu.

That's what I have to do if I connect any HDMI input in to my TV. The TV won't switch to it automatically, you have to select one of the AV inputs (AV1, AV2 etc) from the TV's "source" menu.

That's what I've always done too for my Xbox. But when the HDMI is connected it'll say "Searching" for awhile on the corresponding channel then go "No Signal"

It's a Vizio not really sure on its specifics. I'm using HDMI to no avail as for DVI I've tried it (using the VGA converter it came with as the TV has no true DVI port) and its worked for an old computer I used with this TV a long time ago but not this one.

So what you are saying is that the HDMI is not working even when connected to computer?

Correct. And I've singled out the possibility of it being the cord through switching them out with my xbox - both work perfectly fine.

In this case, it's most likely a HDMI port on the GPU that has a problem and is not functioning.....

Well shoot, I really hope that's not the case.. would be my luck that I get a lemon or break something on my first build. Would that not show up as an error code or something on the motherboard?
One of my close friends who has more experience with computers than me also suggested hooking it up to an actual monitor to make 100% sure it's not something with the TV.

This might seem stupid, but make sure that the cable is connected to the GPU and not the motherboard.
Also, try to test it with a regular computer monitor. If you dont have one, then maybe ask your friend if you can bring your pc over to test.

Does your pc make multiple "beeps" on boot?
If so, then its Bios trying to tell you that there is something wrong.
I had a similar problem, try to put the RAM in other slots.

Yeah the cables connected to the GPU. I just tried with an old as dirt monitor from our attic using the VGA/DVI connection and still no video so it's looking more and more like a hardware problem.
It doesn't make any beeps upon starting up except from my disc drive which might just be it starting up.

Oh alright. I'm going to take it to a shop tomorrow just to let someone with more experience than me have a physical look at it, maybe see if somethings missing somewhere.
