MSI GTX 960 Usage 92-93% During IDLE

Hi there and I would appreciate if anyone of you can help.

Currently my GPU is running at 92-93% constantly. Temperature are at around 60°Celsius (140 Fahrenheit). This has been an issue since last Friday and it has been an issue to all my games.

CS:GO was running at 250 FPS and now it drops all the way to 60 FPS.

P.S. If I restart my PC, it solves it for 10mins ONLY, but does not completely resolve it.
I have ran Avira, Malawarebytes, and CCleaner, but there is no luck.

I would really appreciate any help.

Since you have a GPU tag I'm guessing you've done all the routine things?
Also make sure there IS nothing running in the background that could be sneakily stealing your gpu's power.

Update: Can we get full specs.

Yes I used to be active around here but I have been inactive for a year (literally). Anyways yes I have performed every single AV.

But in the past 20 minutes, I performed a virus scan offline, and there was nothing.

HOWEVER, my GPU usage went down to almost 1% due to disconnecting from the internet.

Therefore I MAY BE able to suggest that there is a bitcoin miner in my system.\

P.S. Thanks for promptly responding!!

Yea, check applications see if what's using it shows. If it's hidden make sure nothing launches on start up via - System Configuration > Start Up and restart. Maybe also try starting in safe mode.

Maybe time for a Windows re-install? Gotta Love THOSE :D

There is nothing starting up when booting except for Antivirus only.

I have not tried safemode yet and d not intend yet. Maybe would you know any tool that DETECTS and REMOVES bitcoin mining applications?

As stated in my post, I have ran Malwarebytes already and detected nothing.
