MSI GTX 970 4GD5 OC vs zotec GTX970 4GB DDR5

Are there any differences between these two cards? I googled them but since Im no expert I couldnt reach a conclusion. Ty for your help.

Both MSI GTX 970 (red/blue) have a little higher clocks than Zotac . Don't worry Zotac and MSI will do the job .
