Computer Specs:
Intel Core i5, AsRock H97 Anniversary Motherboard, 8 gb Corsair Vengeance RAM, MSI GTX 970 GPU, Cool Master After Market CPU Cooler, EVGA 750W Bronze+ PSU, and Windows 8.1.
I just finished my build and my computer works perfectly except for my GPU. When I turn on my computer everything lights up, including my GPU, and boots properly when I have my monitor connected via VGA cable to my mobo. However when I connecct my monitor to my GPU via DVI cable I get a no input message.
I have tried installing drivers however it says no compatible hardware, I have tried going into bios to enable PEG and setting my PCI slot as primary video display. I also used an inspect device option in the BIOS manager and my mobo wasn't even reading my graphics card as connected.
Is my graphics card DOA or am I missing a trouble shooting method?
