msi GTX 970 problem???

I have an GTX 970 msi armor 2x and it meets all the requirements for LED visualizer activation on Geforce experience but when i click on it geforce GeForce Experience freez and an error message appears saying GeForce Experience encountered a problem and must close


What Should i do???

i tried and its working but graphics led not working

The graphics LED isn't working? Thats not good. Is the graphics card itself working?

What PSU have you got? How old is it?

Can you try replugging in the power adapters and replacing the GPU? I know the MSI ones can be a little 'floppy' in their seating due to no backplate.
