msi gtx 970 vs msi gtx 970 million edition SLI

I had a MSI GTX 970 and I am thinking of doing an SLI with MSI GTX 970 ME together. Is it even possible?

P.S Is PSU 750 watt gold cert good enough for SLI?

its is recommended to have 2 same card when sli. You can mix brands but if they are at different clocks, it will automatically downclock to reference speeds.

But would it work? weather it downclocked or not doesnt matter to me cause i bought the 100 me off a friend for 50 bucks.
