MSI GTX 970 Which one?

So there are two MSI GTX 970s available now, the Twin Frozr and this weirdly named one. The differences are MHz, so what I'm asking, is there really a significant difference between the 2 cards?

I would get the cheapest one. Asus Strix is also very good. Out of this 3 grab the cheapest. Mhz don't really matter, it's simply a factory overclock. Once overclocked at home they should all perform about the same. The 4-6% performance increase isn't worth 20 bucks since you can get that bump easily with msi afterburning or other overclocking software.

GTX 970 is the best bang for the buck for sure, however I would wait until the story about the usable 3.5 GB only of the 4 GB 1st advertised comes clean.
