Hey

I bought a new Sandisk SSD 240gb for my laptop (MSI GX70). I removed my old HD and just put the new SSD in there to cause no issues with my fresh install. However when i load the USB or DVD windows 10 installation, i get as far as to form/partition the drive and it tells me

"ensure that the disk's controller is enable in the computer's bios menu"

I have tried to install in both UEFI and LEGACY mode and tried both GDT and MBR using the Diskpart command prompt. The disk is also active. AHCI is active in bios.

When i put it in UEFI i actually get it to install but straight away when i load system it says "missing winload.efi"

I tried to fix this issue similar to the way in this youtube video. Doesn't work though.

Any ideas,?
