MSI H170 Gaming M3 serious problem

I am facing a problem with My new Motherboard MSI H170 Gaming M3..

it starts well but after a few time the monitor display crushing......

I test it with and without HDD, Keyboard, Mouse, Ethernet Cable, Casing front Panel Lines, Audio Jack... But the problem continuing....

I Have Intel 6th gen core i5 6500 processor and Team 8gb DDR4 ram....

can any one help me about this problem...

Actually i don't know it is a problem of my motherboard or ram or processor....Because the rest of components is good.

Do you use any GPU or onboard iGPU? It looks like the display problem.

no i don't use any GPU . But my monitor is ok..
