MSI H61M-P31/W8 not working

I have a MSI H61M-P31/W8 motherboard and its not working. The fans are turning but No picture on screen. My graphics card is working and monitor too. So what's the problem i've tried everything i know and can and still nothing. Full specs are:
Intel Celeron G1620
Asus Geforce 9400 GT
4 Gb DDR3
Codegen 400W PSU

new setup? might need a bios update on the motherboard to support that g1620
