MSI Installer "Preparing to install" randomly pops up and disappears on its own

I haven't been able to decide what exactly is the culprit causing this since it's been popping up regardless of what I'm doing on the computer, sometimes 3 times in a few minutes, sometimes once every few hours.

I've already scanned multiple times using different malware/anti-virus applications, and checked if there's anything actually getting installed but came out empty.

Only new thing I've installed is the Bluestacks emulator but that was around a week before this issue started happening so I'm a bit lost here.

what are specs of PC? DO you have an MSI motherboard or anything from MSI?

It could be MSI Live update 6 if you have any MSI gear.

you can look in task scheduler and see if there is anything there that might shine light on problem.
