MSI K8N Neo2 Plat - game exit problem

Why is it that ocing a cpu and memory is fine for WinXP and loading and
playing games (UT, Farcry, Doom3) but sudenly crashes (bsod) on exiting the
game? What is different about exiting a game and going back to the desktop?
I thought playing the games was the difficult bit for both memory and cpu...

more vdimm!? have the dimm's closest to the cpu socket (msi manual wants
it) have you lowered the ht mult? (5x -> 4x)
