MSI "K8N Neo2 Platinum" and the Winchester.

I want to order the MSI "K8N Neo2 Platinum" from Newegg and I am going to be pairing it with a 3200+ or 3500+ 939 90nm and have noticed other people posting reviews that say that MSI needed to send them a new BIOS for the Winchester cpu's to work... How can I avoid this. I don't have an old processor to boot it up with to flash the BIOS... Any help would be greatly appreciated.. I really don't want to order it, then have to wait some crappy amount of time to get a new BIOS shipped..... 🙁
