Msi laptop won't start up. Could it be Windows 10?

Windows 10 won't stop laptop from turning on. What model laptop is it?

try another hard drives common issue i found when hardrives died in a few my stepsons laptops had 1 or 2 die with 10 on them. fire it up with out a hardrive if it boots to bios might found 1 problem
