MSI Live update 6.2.0.42 not updating

It says "This application does not support this motherboard" I have a Gigabyte B250M-Gaming 3

MSI Live update is for MSI motherboards.

Apologies, I seem to have misread the Gigabyte reference in your OP.

Still feel that I am missing something.

Thanks, I got live update by my graphics card. But isn't Softpedia a website that gives viruses or am I thinking of something else?

Fair question.

Softpedia - not that I am aware of.

And very much in agreement with being leery of 3rd party sites - for any software.

I will use non-manufacturer websites when there seems to be not other choice.

Plus you already have/had the MSI link.

I was more focused on the reference regarding MSI Live Update being for MSI motherboards.

Actually the point is made in the first paragraph as well.

Aighty, thanks for your awnser. Im guessing just uninstalling live update is the best way to go
