https://www.amd.com/en/support/down...en/ryzen-5000-series/amd-ryzen-7-5700x3d.html This the current driver support for your CPU Windows 10 and Windows 11 64 bit drivers from AMD. Maybe if you have thermal paste on hand you could try reseating the CPU Making sure it is fully cleaned and correctly placed in the motherboard socket. Apply sufficient thermal paste remount the CPU and cooler, check the CPU and cooler power cables that ALL are secure. See if the Motherboard will POST with ONE stick of RAM. If it does post you can then update the BIOS then when the BIOS update has completed after it restarts you can shutdown and reset the CMOS. Hopefully when you start the PC again it should POST with no issues. If it does you can shut it down and then install all of your RAM and start it up again give it time to retrain the RAM It will turn on and off several times. Let it it POST to the BIOS then Check the Boot Order for your Boot drive and disable any other drives from Booting, then you should be able to proceed with installing Windows. I would recommend Windows 11 24H2 if you already have it on a USB stick. After you install Windows you should update the OS completely then install the CPU drivers Chipset drivers etc. These are just suggestions that may work for you. If not and you still have no joy, please post the steps you have done in detail as there are people here who can help find and resolve the culprit affecting your new PC build. I wish you success.
