Question Msi mag c240 aio radiator bent

Hello. Recently i bought a msi mag c240 and the problem is the radiator somehow not flat and its bent or curved. Is it normal or it can cause problem?

You can do what ever you want, but with that bend something is wrong with it and should be replaced.

You will have some trouble installing fans or installing the radiator onto your case's support bracket; screws could be stripped, or not be able to go through at all.

No it's not normal, I would consider it a blessing in disguise and return it for a Corsair.

Hello . I installed this cooler and the system ran into bootloop ( turns on for 5 seconds and then turns off with no display.) Installed the previous cooler and its fine. So it seems i received a dead aio? Considering the bent on the radiator?

Why would you even install that? Everyone pretty much told you not to. Do the normal thing and send it back/ Rma it whatever. When something like that is that FUBAR you don't try to use it.

I'll provide another reason you should ultimately do away with that cooler, and pick something else:

This QC issue affects ALL Msi MAG & MPG Coreliquids, as Apaltek(Apalcool) is the OEM. Msi MEG is not affected, and the OEM for it is Asetek.
There's Coreliquid V2s available, but I've not heard if the OEM actually changed for those.
