Building my PC for the first time. Here are the specs:

Motherboard: MSI MAG Z790 Tomahawk WiFi Gaming Motherboard
RAM: TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB DDR5 Ram 64GB (2x32GB) 6000MHz PC5-48000 CL38 Desktop Memory Module Ram FF3D564G6000HC38ADC01
CPU: Intel Core i7-13700K
SSD: Samsung 990 PRO Series - 1TB PCIe Gen4. X4 NVMe 2.0c - M.2 Internal SSD (MZ-V9P1T0B/AM)
PSU: Corsair HX1500i, HXi Series, 80 PLUS Platinum Fully Modular Ultra-Low Noise ATX Digital Power Supply (Triple EPS12V Connectors, 140mm Fluid Dynamic Bearing Fan, Zero RPM Fan Mode)
GPU: ASUS TUF GeForce RTX® 4090
CPU Cooler: DeepCool LT720 Liquid Cooler 360mm Multidimensional Infinity Mirror ARGB Block 300w TDP 4th Gen.

After plugging in my monitor and keyboard, and powering it on, I get a constant DRAM orange light, and I do not get any display. The manual says that the RAM module probably could not be loaded, but I do not think that's the issue, since I tried a different set of RAM as well.

A bit of background:
Initially I had connected everything, along with the GPU, and monitor connected to GPU hdmi and tried testing it, and I got to the white light, but there was no display. I then tried removing the GPU (along with disconnecting PSU to GPU), plugging the monitor to the motherboard, and it got to the white light and still no display. Then I realised that my monitor was faulty, and got a different monitor and checked it, and it worked, and I got a display. Then I tried reconnecting my GPU, and plugged monitor back to the GPU, and tried, and I was stuck at orange DRAM light. I removed my GPU, and plugged the monitor back to the motherboard, and it has been stuck at the orange light ever since. The PSU and the CPU cooler fans are running, and the RAM lights up as well.

Here are the steps I have since tried:
1. Checked all my connections again, and it seems fine.
2. Tried each of the RAM sticks, one at a time, in all 4 slots. Note: I have ensured that I get the click on both ends when inserting the RAM
3. Replugged my GPU and removed it again, no effect.
4. Changed the 3V coin battery.
5. Tried a new set of RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) 5200MHz C40 Intel Optimized Desktop Memory. Also tried at all slots with no effect, and again tried 1 vs 2 sticks
6. Ensured that no CPU pins are bent, and all connections are tight.
7. Disconnected everything except for CPU, RAM, motherboard with PSU, with no help
8. Tried resetting by pressing the CMOS button.
9. Also inserted the MSI pendrive that came with the motherboard, and pressed the BIOS flash button

And yet, there seems to be resolution to this unfortunately.
Any help would be appreciated! Pictures below:
