I've seen another thread with this recently and the other person has the same motherboard as me, MSI MAG X570 Tomahawk WIFI (https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/pc-randomly-stutters-during-usage.3672459/) .
When doing big network transfers, or even sometimes small download, the whole system sometimes stutters, the cursor is choppy etc. Very noticeable when watching a video on YouTube or VLC, the video and audio stutters badly. Connecting to a VPN via Windows Built In also causes this every time.
It's almost like the ethernet hardware is firing off lots of CPU interrupts.
Has anyone else had this issue? Only began after swapping in this motherboard. All updates installed including chipset / BIOS updates.
