Which MSI Max motherboard is suitable for an ITX build?

MSI doesn't have a Max itx board. The only MSI AM4 ITX board i can find is the B450i Gaming Plus AC.

Ive been looking at the B450M PRO-M2 Max board and will be using it with a Ryzen 5 3400G but there maybe an issue. I read a review that because there is no heatsinks on the VRM,it may overheat. But am not looking at over clocking the 3400g and will have an air cooler of some type, so wouldnt this help with the VRM temps?

VRMs aren't great but should be ok with a 3400g. A top down cooler(like the stock cooler) will move air across the VRMs and help cool them.
