Question MSI monitor problem

Hi, I have MSI C27C5 monitor with MSI MAG Infinite 10SC desktop, connected with dpi.

I think I have a problem with monitor. PC suddenly slows down, very laggy,when I push a button, maybe 10 seconds later it responses. (but spotify music keeps playin)
Waited for 1-2 minute nothing changed. But when I turn off and on monitor, no problem.

It happens almost everyday, when I turn off monitor, wait, and turn on, no problem.

What should I do, where should I check?

try a different display.
TV, monitor, etc..
if the problem persists then you know it is the system itself.

include the complete specs of this prebuilt desktop.
