MSI Motherboard and EVGA GPU Features

I'm going to buy a EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB FTW ACX 2.0 GPU very soon but I'm concern that I won't get all the features it has to offer. I'm planning on buying a MSI Z97-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard. Will I still get the features the GPU comes with even though its two different companies?
