Question Msi motherboard won't boot from m.2 ssd

After getting past the first part of the windows install to the to the point where it attemps to reboot into the ssd to continue with the installation. Instead of booting into the ssd it boot to the usb and makes me install windows again. I tried to set m.2 as boot in the boot sequence but it doesn't show up even though its recognized by the motherboard that i have a ssd installed.

Once windows get finished with copying files to disk and at first reboot you are supposed to take USB out.
PS, disconnect or disable all other disks if any.

Yeah I have tried that as well but all it did was send me to the bios screen

What specific drive is this?

Is this the ONLY drive currently in the system?

I'm using a samsung PM9A1 which is a OEM version of the 980 pro, yes it is the only drive in the system. I have tried unplugging the usb when its rebooting but all it did was send me to the bios screen.
