So I just put this computer together fresh install of windows, Updated my BIOS 1.A23, Ryzen 7 9800x3d

I went to website to get the AMD Latest chipset Drivers and this is what I see:

Should I install all of these on top of everything else from driver website or just leave alone if it is working OK?

I would leave alone if all is working OK.

Unless you know exactly what each one does and have a requirement for doing that - my vote is not install.

And I would be very careful to ensure that any given requirement is truly something needed and beneficial.

Just my thoughts on the matter.

Yes, MS is not exactly up to date with drivers and those they have are usually just basic without control APPs. x870 chipset is fairly recent with unique features and MS takes months to certify new drivers.
When you download drivers, it comes with whole set for most of devices and install drivers specifically for that device. It will just update what's already there.

I install the AMD driver package, all parts.

1, bios update
2, AMD package - complete, all parts
3, Windows updates
4, peripherals.. gpu, sound card etc. etc.

I don’t see crashes on my pc from mismatches.

I did have a bios bug whereby after windows update where a restart was needed the bios hung on memory detection. I contacted MSI support and after the last bios update that has gone.

Other than that I’m at the mercy of software/driver providers but the install is stable.
