Question MSI MPG Z490 Acknowledges SSD in BIOS but won't boot from it?

Hello everyone,

This is a build for a friend. Specs are as follows:
MSI MPG Z490 motherboard
T-Force Delta RGB 16GB DDR RAM
Gigabyte Radeon RX 6500 XT GPU
Intel Core it-11400 CPU
Corsair Carbide Series SPEC -DELTA RGB case
Cooler Master V750 PSU
Noctua NH-U14S CPU cooler
WD Blue 500GB SSD

Case does not have CD/DVD-ROM drive so I took his SSD and swapped out with SSD on my build so I could access the DVD drive to install windows to his SSD. Windows was successfully installed onto his SSD.

I have connected his SSD to SATA-1 on motherboard.
In BIOS, it acknowledges the SSD.

In advanced settings for boot option, boot option #1 is [UEFI Hard Disk]. Yet, it does not boot from hard disk.

there is "UEFI Hard Disk Drive BBS Priorities" located at bottom. I do not have this option available for me. Seems like this could be the missing link in equation unless I have missed something.

Any suggestions on what I could do to fix this problem? Thanks!

get a usb flash drive.
install windows on the new pc.

OK, thx. Will do. Will I need to uninstall the Windows 10 that has been downloaded to friend's SSD which was installed via my PC?

on the next install on the new pc. just use the buildin tool to remove all partition and create new partition
