Question PC Freezing and Rebooting when Idle.

Recently my pc has been freezing and restarting very often, it would first freeze everything for around 10-20seconds and then go black, into a restart. This only happens if it is idle or doing very minor tasks like youtube or google or nothing at all. If im playing a game it wouldnt happen almost ever, i dont recall it ever happening tbh. it used to happen rarely but recently its been happening multiple times a day and sometimes repeatedly as soon as it reboots once.
My pc is around 4years old and these are the parts:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 3.7GHz (4.6GHz Turbo) Hex-Core CPU
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB Graphics Card
16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3200MHz DDR4
1TB Samsung 970 EVO M.2 NVME SSD
MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus Motherboard

the PSU is 4years old yes.
the motherboard BIOS is - A.C1
RTX 3060TI driver - 32.0.15.7652
and my monitor is GIGABYTE 2560 x 1440 169Hz
im on windows 10 22H2 , and the secure boot is Off
