I just installed a MSI -MPG Z490 Gaming Edge / Intel i7-10700K / Corsair H100i elite capelix cooler / Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB 3.2 GHZ PC4 DDR4 3200 RAMM

The PC boots fine with RAMM in slot 1 and 2 but the recommended slots are 2 and 4. When I have them in 2 and 4 it will not boot. I have googled the issue and it seems to happen a lot with this set up. I read a fix but I don't understand how to replicate it. The guy said this :

The issue has been resolved. I found a half a volt on the cpu's cooler , over the power supply's zero. This was less when faulty memory slots were not used. Grounding the foot of the cpu cooler to the powersupply's zero resolved the issue and the pc now boots using the faulty memory slots.

Any idea what that means or how I can do that to my PC? Thank in advance for any assistance.

With your system powered up using the memory sticks in slots 1 and 2, see if you can get into BIOS and see what BISO version you're currently on for your motherboard. FYI, you might want to not follow that other person's suggestion, since he knew what he was doing(and how to do it). Just for confirmation you're referring to slots A2 and B2, being seemingly faulty?
