Ok, so I've had my new PC working fine now for a month or two. Suddenly this morning I was greeted by the dreaded endless boot/reboot problem. But luckily after 3 reboots (described by MSI as the amount it takes to reset to default) it said to press F1 to enter setup and F2 to reset to default values and enter setup. I pressed F2 and made sure everything was in default settings. Sure enough it booted fine but now every time I shut it down completely and start up again, it does the same thing. This is weird considering the system is no longer overclocked and is on default settings. Any ideas why this is happening? The system runs fine after resetting to default until booting from a complete shutdown.

Solution
For anyone in the future who comes along this problem, check your BIOS version. I had a very old one from 2012.
How to flash new update:
1. Go to MSI's site and find the page for your MB.
2. Download the latest BIOS version (it's a .rar)
3. Put all of the files (the separate files, not one folder) on the USB drive. Mine had 3 separate files, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING ELSE ON IT.
4. Enter setup and go to M-Flash, choose your USB (BE SURE THE USB IS PLUGGED INTO THE MB AND NOT THE CASES USB SLOTS). After a few seconds it should show a percentage bar, wait for it to be done a restart. Do not press the power button until your computer boots normally.

This fixed my problem.
Is this happening at POST? If it is your OS try to restore it.
It may have gotten corrupted. Windows may need to be reinstalled.
Pull out your CMOS battery and wait for 10 sec.
That will perform a hard reset. After that boot and see if the problem goes away.
Make sure the hard drive with the OS is set as the first boot device.
If you have a dual boot get rid of it. Try updating Windows!
Happy Computing! :)

Thanks for the reply, I tried pulling out the CMOS battery, didn't work. I just flashed my BIOS because I have a version from 2012 so let's see if that fixes it.

I have a CM 212 EVO, but flashing the BIOS to a much newer update has fixed it.
