MSI R7-265 2GB DDR5 OC with this PSU

No, it barely qualifies on paper as you need 24A and it has 25A on the 12V rail. It's a very old design and very cheap and nasty. I wouldn't put such a low quality PSU in a gaming machine EVER.

Spend a bit more money on a PSU. Do you live in the US?

no im from philippines... i dont have money anymore... i already spend all the money in the GPU i just bought... what will i do? can i just try plug the GPU? or not because will destroy my GPU?...

PSU is a very delicate component. I personally wouldn't plug my hairdryer into that :)

You shouldn't risk it in my opinion, just get a decent PSU when you get the money and wait.

You risk pushing that cheap PSU too hard and it damaging the rest of your computer components with out of specification ripple or even power surges. Do yourself and your PC a favour and save up for a new PSU from EVGA, Antec, Seasonic, XFX, Corsair, Thermaltake (Smart power series), Enermax. Even Lepa would be better than that PSU!
