MSI r9 270 fans not spinning

Hi, I've had this computer i've built myself for a year now and today I noticed that my temps were higher than normal. I opened the case and saw that my gpu's fan blades aren't spinning which never happened before.
MSI Afterburner recognises the card, but fan speed settings do nothing.
When I restart my pc the fans dont start spinning either.
Any help would be appreciated!

looks like your fans are out or that your gpu is dead, can u play games on it, if not then like I said your gpu is dead

I played some cs:go today and my PC shut down because the temps were too high, the gpu is not dead.

Check ur gpu and see if the connector on it gpu is connected, if it is then check if u connected all ur power connectors to ur gpu, but my guys is the connextor on ur gpu is connected becuase that is what is powering the fan on ur gpu

everything is connected, otherwise the gpu wouldnt even work would it

a gpu can work without fans but it will most likely crash the game or the pc will shut down by its self, what you can do is just cheak if the fan connectors of your gpu is in right or like i said chech if the fan connector of your gpu is connected, most likely its going to be that or it can be the bios of your gpu
