i'm sure the r9 270x gives more frame rates in Battlefield 4.

But i need to know the exact differences here.

also the r9 270x in crossfire has 2gb vram to use and the r9 290 has 4gb vram, and i bet the r9 270x only uses the 2gb vram on one card.

My cpu is an i5 3570k and i have a 750w 80+ bronze power supply.

Please help me out, i won't forget to pick a solution 😉

A single (r9 290) GPU will run games smoother and perform about the same in most games. Crossfire also has issues which have not solved. Also you only have 2GB of video memory buffer compared to the r9 290s 4GB as the 2GB on each r9 270/x DO NOT stack when in crossfire. Overall, the r9 290 is the better choice.
