Hey guys i have a problem with my MSI R9 390 GPU.
I just bought it and i whanted to play 7 days to die but i only can run the game on everthing maxed in a big biom with lot of trees on 29 fps or even lower some time. If i lower the graphics i get ofcourse more fps but it is not the most around 44 or 50 fps then.
Am i doing somthing wrong that i et so low fps in the game? Or is the GPU not good enough to run the game?

Well i bought the MSI R9 390 before i had a SAPPHIRE R9 270X which did a better job and i got at least 100 fps. my specs are :

PSU: 650 WATT Coolermaster
MOBO: MSI 970 GAMING
RAM: 16GB DDR3 12800
CPU: AMD FX-6300 3,5 GHZ

go to the link and follow those instructions to setup msi afterburner and hwinfo so you can display cpu and gpu usage while playing to see where the bottleneck is.

Also, what is your screen resolution? If 1080p then the 380 should perform better than that. So, make sure you have all the latest drivers etc, and deleted your old drivers before installing your new ones.

I have tried what you have wrote and i saw that my GPU hits sometimes 100% it goes from like 0 to 75 to 100 and back it hits many time 100% what could that be i hav deleted all old drivers and installed the newest ones. PLz help 😀

what is your cpu usage?
