msi R9 390 8gb fans stop spinning after boot not working

it was working perfectly fine until i got driver error. i had to reinstall driver but everytime i install driver it doesnt detect driver.

main problem is that fans stop spinning once windows is booted.

are you sure it is not related to 0db tech?

about driver issue what exactly the problem with it? driver refuse to install? make sure you uninstall your driver first before installing a new one. might as well use DDU to do clean driver install

MSI usually made several version for one card. you can link directly from msi website. just need to know the exact model.

you card have 0db tech. the fan will spin a second during reboot and will stop completely until temperature goes in mid 60s. try using AMD latest driver. and use DDU (in safe mode) to remove your current driver.
