MSI R9 390 Stutter

hey guys, so I've been noticing my R9 390 stuttered a lot while playing games, (CSGO,Dota 2, GTA V). GTA V is a pirated games. so, a few months ago, I play GTA V without any stuttering with high graphics setting. right now, it stuttered a lot than I can count.

can you help me?
or it's because I'm using old amd driver? (driver version before crimson). but its ok before that when i play GTA V.

Upgrade your drivers and disable all Nvidia features on GTA V or any games sponsored by Nvidia.
Also, do the obvious things like checking temps, game updates and closing background process.

ok, so i've updated my gc driver. still stuttering. what should i do? i 've closed almost all of background apps.

Is any of your parts overheating? Heat is the most common cause.
Also try updating your games because the r9 390 is a fairly new card while those games have been around for a while.
