MSI Radeon R9 380 4GB vs EVGA GTX 960 4GB

Which is better?

I'm some what confused on what to get because I really want to perfect my build..... I need to know why which one is better, etc.

Reading some reviews could have answered this. The r9 380 is better.It depends on your psu as well.the gtx 960 will use less power.
