Question MSI replacement monitor advice

Hey everyone,

Back in 2022 I bought an MSI Optix MAG274QRFDE-QD, which worked flawlessly until 3 weeks ago, where I started noticing some random flickering. After sending it back to MSI for a warranty repair they told me that the monitor was indeed faulty but that it wasn't repairable, so they told me they'd like to offer an MSI G274QPX as a replacement.

I asked them if refunding was an option, but they said no. However they were open to negotiate the replacement. From their standpoint the MSI G274QPX is of the same value as the one I had, but I'm not familiar with this monitor.

I use the monitor mainly for gaming and office work.

Any advice on what I should do? Is the MSI G274QPX a good replacement?

just based on specs alone, QPX is thinner and has 240Hz

Hey, thank you for the advice. I just reached out to MSI and they have another model I can choose: MPG 275CQRXF

Thoughts about swapping the MSI Optix MAG274QRFDE-QD for either of these:

• MSI G274QPX
• MSI MPG 275CQRXF

Which one is better for gaming and office work?
