MSI RMA Credit Card information

I recently completed an RMA to MSI and I have waited for them to get my motherboard and fix it, turns out there is a $45.00 fee for damaged CPU pins (I was aware the pins were bent and of the fee). My question lies in the email I got last night at 8:50 PM EST, the email had 10 attachments and one was a pdf file that I am to fill out with credit card information and resend to the RMA customer service person who emailed me. Does this seem sketchy to anyone else, or am I just being paranoid? Any input is greatly appreciated!

Call them back and confirm. However if they have any specific customer info from you in the email and you just sent the board off I'd feel pretty comfortable.
