I recently completed an RMA to MSI and I have waited for them to get my motherboard and fix it, turns out there is a $45.00 fee for damaged CPU pins (I was aware the pins were bent and of the fee). My question lies in the email I got last night at 8:50 PM EST, the email had 10 attachments and one was a pdf file that I am to fill out with credit card information and resend to the RMA customer service person who emailed me. Does this seem sketchy to anyone else, or am I just being paranoid? Any input is greatly appreciated!
