Question MSI RTX 2070

Hey guys, i just built a new pc, new case and everything, so the motherboard i got hase 2 big PCIe slots for the RTX2070, i cant use the first one bc my noctua is too big, but now its right above compartment that under it its the PSU, the question is, is it fine how it is, or do i take out that piece thats under the gpu, but if i do that, the PSU is visible, but it would have more room for air flow. Lmk i dont want my new GPU to over heat .

What motherboard do you have?

Can you take a picture (you'll have to upload it on a site like imgur and link it here) of the motherboard, cooler and GPU so we can see what you are talking about in terms of interference. CPU cooler fans should not interfere with the PCIe slots.
