Question MSI RTX 3060ti Twin fan OC edition review

should i buy msi rtx 3060 ti twin fan oc ?
how well is its cooler performance ?
is it noisy?
i m not going to overclock it. I just want to know if its good quality card with descent cooler.
i m going to pair it with the following:
Ryzen 5 5600x
Gigabyte x570 aorus elite wifi

Is MSI the only brand that you have access to? You might want to also look into other brands and their prices in order to compare them. IMHO, the Twin Fan looks like a cut down version of the Ventus. Mind you, the Ventus is actually the budget oriented card.

Yeah, so far only one retailer has a 3060ti. I know. I also had a bad experience with MSI motherboard. Also, this card looks fishy to me. Therfore i asked for expert opinion.
So, should i avoid this card?
