msi Rx 470 fans not spinning

So i just recently got the rx 470 and i was running some test on CSGO. And i noticed that it was reaching 55c and the fans were not spinning. I know this card has a feature where the fans dont turn on until it reaches a certain temp, but what is that temp.


Also i do have the msi gaming app is their any way i can alter the time when the fans start?

Usually the thermal load needs to reach about 60c.

To my knowledge you could adjust the target temperature. I honestly don't know what software people use for that. Wattman or something like that....
